A study on decision-making models of crisis management at the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak was prepared in the form of a scientific documentary by FANAP Research Center and presented online at the 51st Annual Conference of the American Decision-Making Science Association (DSI) on November 23rd. In presenting this research entitled “A Contingency Plan to Manage the Pandemic of Coronavirus: A Business Case”, the practical scenario-based decisions during the Coronavirus epidemic with respect to both the health of employees’ protection and business excellence’ continuity of large-scale organizations such as FANAP Co. were mentioned. At the end, a particular acknowledgement went to all of the involved participants of FANAP Company as well as Pasargad Financial Group.
