Due to the importance of knowledge management in the organization and the role of collecting, registering, and publishing the lessons learned, FANAP Studies and Research Center, in conjunction with Research and Technology Week, has issued a call to capture the lessons learned in POD megaproject. For this purpose, a webinar entitled “The necessity to publish the lessons learned from the Pod project” was held on December 23, 2020, in the presence of the managers and experts of this megaproject. In this event, the speakers pointed out the need to record, maintain, and disseminate the knowledge gained in this huge project by expressing their experiences and providing correct solutions. The event, which was well received by the members of the various projects of Pod project portfolio, has been a suitable guide for further participation in holding the event for capturing the lessons learned from Pod megaproject.
