Special Meeting on “Comprehensive Solution from A to Z”
The “Comprehensive Solution from A to Z” meeting was attended by some of the relevant managers, professors, students and the Director of the Iranian Society of Industrial Engineering. At the meeting, MSPR Product Leaders and Project Implementation Team Leaders outlined the technical aspects of the project’s overall organizational strategies. In other words, all expectations of a comprehensive organizational strategy along with the challenges as well as techniques used by FANAP’s specialists to overcome them were clearly explained to the audience.
